Upgrade RHEL:7 eap7-hibernate-validator to version 0:5.3.6-1.SP1_redhat_00001.1.ep7.el7 or higher.

HTTP/2 incoming headers exceeding the limit are temporarily buffered in nghttp2 in order to generate an informative HTTP 413 response. If a client does not stop sending headers, this leads to memory exhaustion.
