Upgrade RHEL:7 eap7-jboss-server-migration to version 0:1.3.1-6.Final_redhat_00006.1.el7eap or higher.

A flaw was found in wildfly-core before 7.2.5.GA. The Management users with Monitor, Auditor and Deployer Roles should not be allowed to modify the runtime state of the server
