Upgrade RHEL:7 eap7-weld-core-jsf to version 0:3.1.4-1.Final_redhat_00001.1.el7eap or higher.

The getLocalePrefix function in ResourceManager.java in Eclipse Mojarra before 2.3.7 is affected by Directory Traversal via the loc parameter. A remote attacker can download configuration files or Java bytecodes from applications.
