How to fix?

There is no fixed version for RHEL:7 freetype.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream freetype package and not the freetype package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The parse_encoding function in type1/t1load.c in FreeType before 2.5.3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via a "broken number-with-base" in a Postscript stream, as demonstrated by 8#garbage.
