How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:7 httpd-manual to version 0:2.4.6-95.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2020:3958.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream httpd-manual package and not the httpd-manual package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Apache HTTP server 2.4.0 to 2.4.39, Redirects configured with mod_rewrite that were intended to be self-referential might be fooled by encoded newlines and redirect instead to an unexpected URL within the request URL.
