Upgrade RHEL:7 kernel-kdump-devel to version 0:3.10.0-1160.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2020:4060.

In the Android kernel in the video driver there is a use after free due to a race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
