This issue was patched in RHSA-2019:2137.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream keycloak-httpd-client-install package and not the keycloak-httpd-client-install package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

keycloak-httpd-client-install versions before 0.8 allow users to insecurely pass password through command line, leaking it via command history and process info to other local users.
