There is no fixed version for RHEL:7 librbd1-devel.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream librbd1-devel package and not the librbd1-devel package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in Storage Performance Development Kit (SPDK) before 20.01.01. If a PDU is sent to the iSCSI target with a zero length (but data is expected), the iSCSI target can crash with a NULL pointer dereference.
