How to fix?

There is no fixed version for RHEL:7 libxslt-python.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libxslt-python package and not the libxslt-python package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

libxslt through 1.1.33 allows bypass of a protection mechanism because callers of xsltCheckRead and xsltCheckWrite permit access even upon receiving a -1 error code. xsltCheckRead can return -1 for a crafted URL that is not actually invalid and is subsequently loaded.
