NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream openshift4/ose-tests-rhel9 package and not the openshift4/ose-tests-rhel9 package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The TIFF decoder does not place a limit on the size of PackBits-compressed data. A maliciously-crafted image can exploit this to cause a small image (both in terms of pixel width/height and encoded size) to make the decoder decode large amounts of compressed data.
