Upgrade RHEL:7 openshift-ansible-roles to version 0:3.9.14-1.git.0.ca2cfc3.el7 or higher.

The OpenShift Enterprise cluster-read can access webhook tokens which would allow an attacker with sufficient privileges to view confidential webhook tokens.
