How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:7 python-heketi to version 0:9.0.0-7.el7rhgs or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2019:3255.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python-heketi package and not the python-heketi package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

It was found that default configuration of Heketi does not require any authentication potentially exposing the management interface to misuse. This isue only affects heketi as shipped with Openshift Container Platform 3.11.
