Upgrade RHEL:7 rh-mysql80-mysql-server-syspaths to version 0:8.0.36-1.el7 or higher.

A vulnerability was found in zstd v1.4.10, where an attacker can supply empty string as an argument to the command line tool to cause buffer overrun.
