Upgrade RHEL:7 rh-nodejs14-npm to version 0:6.14.14-14.17.5.1.el7 or higher.

All versions of package path-parse are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) via splitDeviceRe, splitTailRe, and splitPathRe regular expressions. ReDoS exhibits polynomial worst-case time complexity.
