How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:7 rubygem-io-console to version 0:0.4.2-33.el7_4 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2018:0378.

RubyGems version 2.6.12 and earlier is vulnerable to maliciously crafted gem specifications that include terminal escape characters. Printing the gem specification would execute terminal escape sequences.
