CWE-287  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:7 tomcat8-javadoc to version 0:8.0.18-52_patch_01.ep7.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2015:2660.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream tomcat8-javadoc package and not the tomcat8-javadoc package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The mod_headers module in the Apache HTTP Server 2.2.22 allows remote attackers to bypass "RequestHeader unset" directives by placing a header in the trailer portion of data sent with chunked transfer coding. NOTE: the vendor states "this is not a security issue in httpd as such."
