How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 bind-libs to version 32:9.11.36-3.el8_6.7 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2024:2720.

NVD Description

By flooding the target resolver with queries exploiting this flaw an attacker can significantly impair the resolver's performance, effectively denying legitimate clients access to the DNS resolution service.
