How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 bpftool to version 0:4.18.0-477.10.1.el8_8 or higher.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

iommu/arm-smmu-v3: check return value after calling platform_get_resource()

It will cause null-ptr-deref if platform_get_resource() returns NULL, we need check the return value.
