How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 container-tools:rhel8/containernetworking-plugins to version 1:1.4.0-2.module+el8.10.0+21366+f9cb49f8 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2024:2988.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream container-tools:rhel8/containernetworking-plugins package and not the container-tools:rhel8/containernetworking-plugins package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

urllib3 before 1.24.2 does not remove the authorization HTTP header when following a cross-origin redirect (i.e., a redirect that differs in host, port, or scheme). This can allow for credentials in the authorization header to be exposed to unintended hosts or transmitted in cleartext. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2018-20060 (which was case-sensitive).
