How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 expat to version 0:2.2.10-1.el8_2 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2025:22871.

libexpat through 2.5.0 allows a denial of service (resource consumption) because many full reparsings are required in the case of a large token for which multiple buffer fills are needed.
