How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 httpd:2.4/mod_md to version 1:2.0.8-8.module+el8.3.0+6814+67d1e611 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2021:1809.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream httpd:2.4/mod_md package and not the httpd:2.4/mod_md package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Apache HTTP Server 2.4 release 2.4.37 and prior, mod_session checks the session expiry time before decoding the session. This causes session expiry time to be ignored for mod_session_cookie sessions since the expiry time is loaded when the session is decoded.
