Buffer Overflow Affecting kernel-abi-stablelists package, versions <0:4.18.0-372.166.1.el8_6

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
