Upgrade RHEL:8 kernel-rt-debug-core to version 0:4.18.0-372.40.1.rt7.197.el8_6 or higher.

JoinPath and URL.JoinPath do not remove ../ path elements appended to a relative path. For example, JoinPath("https://go.dev&#34;, "../go") returns the URL "https://go.dev/../go&#34;, despite the JoinPath documentation stating that ../ path elements are removed from the result.
