How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 kernel-rt-kvm to version 0:4.18.0-305.72.1.rt7.144.el8_4 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2022:8765.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream kernel-rt-kvm package and not the kernel-rt-kvm package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

An integer coercion error was found in the openvswitch kernel module. Given a sufficiently large number of actions, while copying and reserving memory for a new action of a new flow, the reserve_sfa_size() function does not return -EMSGSIZE as expected, potentially leading to an out-of-bounds write access. This flaw allows a local user to crash or potentially escalate their privileges on the system.
