How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 libgs to version 0:9.25-2.el8_0.3 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2019:2591.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libgs package and not the libgs package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in, ghostscript versions prior to 9.50, in the .pdfexectoken and other procedures where it did not properly secure its privileged calls, enabling scripts to bypass -dSAFER restrictions. A specially crafted PostScript file could disable security protection and then have access to the file system, or execute arbitrary commands.
