Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mingw64-sqlite-static package and not the mingw64-sqlite-static package as distributed by RHEL.
SQLite 3.30.1 mishandles certain SELECT statements with a nonexistent VIEW, leading to an application crash.
