NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mingw-gstreamer1-plugins-base package and not the mingw-gstreamer1-plugins-base package as distributed by RHEL.

GStreamer before 1.16.0 has a heap-based buffer overflow in the RTSP connection parser via a crafted response from a server, potentially allowing remote code execution.
