NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream network-scripts-openvswitch2.16 package and not the network-scripts-openvswitch2.16 package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in DPDK lib/vhost vhost-crypto. Write-back chain cleanup can follow an uninitialized next pointer when mapping a guest descriptor fails, causing the host vhost-crypto process to hang or crash.
