How to fix?

There is no fixed version for RHEL:8 nginx:1.24/nginx-mod-http-image-filter.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream nginx:1.24/nginx-mod-http-image-filter package and not the nginx:1.24/nginx-mod-http-image-filter package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

When NGINX Open Source is configured to proxy HTTP/2 traffic by setting proxy_http_version to 2, and also uses proxy_set_body, an attacker may be able to inject frame headers and payload bytes to the upstream peer.  Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.
