There is no fixed version for RHEL:8 perl-DBI.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream perl-DBI package and not the perl-DBI package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in the DBI module before 1.643 for Perl. The hv_fetch() documentation requires checking for NULL and the code does that. But, shortly thereafter, it calls SvOK(profile), causing a NULL pointer dereference.
