There is no fixed version for RHEL:8 pkgconf-pkg-config.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream pkgconf-pkg-config package and not the pkgconf-pkg-config package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

In pkgconf through 1.9.3, variable duplication can cause unbounded string expansion due to incorrect checks in libpkgconf/tuple.c:pkgconf_tuple_parse. For example, a .pc file containing a few hundred bytes can expand to one billion bytes.
