How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 prometheus-jmx-exporter to version 0:0.12.0-6.el8 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2020:4807.

The Alias feature in SnakeYAML before 1.26 allows entity expansion during a load operation, a related issue to CVE-2003-1564.
