How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 rh-sso7-keycloak-server to version 0:9.0.12-1.redhat_00001.1.el8sso or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2021:0969.

angular.js prior to 1.8.0 allows cross site scripting. The regex-based input HTML replacement may turn sanitized code into unsanitized one. Wrapping "<option>" elements in "<select>" ones changes parsing behavior, leading to possibly unsanitizing code.
