CWE-79  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 rhvm to version 0:4.5.0.7-0.9.el8ev or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2022:4711.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rhvm package and not the rhvm package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

jQuery-UI is the official jQuery user interface library. Prior to version 1.13.0, accepting the value of the of option of the .position() util from untrusted sources may execute untrusted code. The issue is fixed in jQuery UI 1.13.0. Any string value passed to the of option is now treated as a CSS selector. A workaround is to not accept the value of the of option from untrusted sources.
