Upgrade RHEL:8 squid:4/libecap-devel to version 0:1.0.1-2.module+el8.1.0+4044+36416a77 or higher.

An issue was discovered in Squid before 4.10. It allows a crafted FTP server to trigger disclosure of sensitive information from heap memory, such as information associated with other users' sessions or non-Squid processes.
