How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:8 varnish:6/varnish to version 0:6.0.6-2.module+el8.4.0+20467+7fe641ed.4 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2023:6021.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream varnish:6/varnish package and not the varnish:6/varnish package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
