Upgrade RHEL:9 afterburn-dracut to version 0:5.4.3-1.rhaos4.14.el9 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2023:5009.

Text nodes not in the HTML namespace are incorrectly literally rendered, causing text which should be escaped to not be. This could lead to an XSS attack.
