How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:9 mod_ssl to version 1:2.4.53-7.el9 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2022:8067.

Apache HTTP Server 2.4.53 and earlier may return lengths to applications calling r:wsread() that point past the end of the storage allocated for the buffer.
