Upgrade RHEL:9 nodejs:18/nodejs to version 1:18.17.1-1.module+el9.2.0.z+19753+58118bc0 or higher.

Versions of the package semver before 7.5.2 are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) via the function new Range, when untrusted user data is provided as a range.
