Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream openshift4/oc-mirror-plugin-rhel9 package and not the openshift4/oc-mirror-plugin-rhel9 package as distributed by RHEL.

The DataRow.Decode function fails to properly validate field lengths. A malicious or compromised PostgreSQL server can send a DataRow message with a negative field length, causing a slice bounds out of range panic.
