Missing Release of Resource after Effective Lifetime Affecting python3-perf package, versions <0:5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
