Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 dpdk-doc to version 0:21.11-2.el8_7 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2023:0171.

A permissive list of allowed inputs flaw was found in DPDK. This issue allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service triggered by sending a crafted Vhost header to DPDK.
