Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 kernel-debuginfo-common-aarch64 to version 0:4.18.0-372.9.1.el8 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2022:1988.

prealloc_elems_and_freelist in kernel/bpf/stackmap.c in the Linux kernel before 5.14.12 allows unprivileged users to trigger an eBPF multiplication integer overflow with a resultant out-of-bounds write.
