Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 kernel-debuginfo-common-x86_64 to version 0:4.18.0-553.el8_10 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2024:3138.

drivers/media/usb/dvb-usb/technisat-usb2.c in the Linux kernel through 5.2.9 has an out-of-bounds read via crafted USB device traffic (which may be remote via usbip or usbredir).
