Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mingw64-sqlite-static package and not the mingw64-sqlite-static package as distributed by Rocky-Linux.
ext/fts3/fts3_snippet.c in SQLite before 3.32.0 has a NULL pointer dereference via a crafted matchinfo() query.
