Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 mysql-debuginfo to version 0:8.0.36-1.module+el8.10.0+1676+9b4b6e24 or higher.

A vulnerability was found in zstd v1.4.10, where an attacker can supply empty string as an argument to the command line tool to cause buffer overrun.
