Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 nodejs-nodemon to version 0:2.0.3-1.module+el8.4.0+638+5344c6f7 or higher.

This affects the package npm-user-validate before 1.0.1. The regex that validates user emails took exponentially longer to process long input strings beginning with @ characters.
