CVE-2022-31631 Affecting php-fpm-debuginfo package, versions <0:8.0.27-1.module+el8.7.0+1156+de6c8de9

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
