Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 python2-requests to version 0:2.20.0-4.module+el8.10.0+1817+0b01df83 or higher.

An XML External Entity (XXE) issue was discovered in Python through 3.9.1. The plistlib module no longer accepts entity declarations in XML plist files to avoid XML vulnerabilities.
