Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python39-pyyaml-debuginfo package and not the python39-pyyaml-debuginfo package as distributed by Rocky-Linux.
In Python 3 through 3.9.0, the Lib/test/multibytecodec_support.py CJK codec tests call eval() on content retrieved via HTTP.
